Domestically and internationally, Dwight has facilitated hundreds of leadership engagements and interventions to create leader-led high performing teams. Industries include supply chain, construction, technology, life sciences, healthcare, pharmaceutical, banking, petroleum, software, telecom, financial, accounting, energy, retail, automotive, hospitality, food & beverage, manufacturing, and city, county, and state government organizations, among others.
Dwight was appointed Practice Leader at FranklinCovey's Speed of Trust Practice overseeing international and domestic partners and delivery consultants in the Western U.S., Western Canada, and Australia. He contributed significantly to FranklinCovey's The Speed of Trust and Smart Trust books and workshop curriculum. As a content developer, Dwight has built process-based approaches to trainings and interventions designed to impact outcomes - getting away from theory. He contributed to doubling the practice's revenues during his tenure, and has received multiple awards.
In executive roles, Dwight has crafted business systems, including strategy development, branding, value propositions, compliance, cultural and operational standards, performance management processes, and employee development focused on achieving the organization's most important results.

Kendall has worked across diverse industries such as oil and gas, lodging, government, and manufacturing. Kendall has consulted internationally on projects in Europe, Latin America, Asia, and Africa, and he speaks Spanish. He has worked with senior leaders from Chanel, Nike, Parker Hannifin, Verizon, DigiCert, Ultra Group, Release Hub, Merck, CPA Ontario, AMEX, Converse, Cenovus Energy, TrueCar, Lowe's, Comcast, Sun Life Financial, Endocyte, Autotrader, Suncor, Kellogg's, US Army Reserve, Eli Lilly, The National MS Society, US Navy, Shea Homes, NASA Kennedy Space Center, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, and others.

He has held executive line management responsibilities, including the Practice Leader of the Organizational Change Consulting Group at FranklinCovey. He began his career working in marketing and sales at IBM.
Kendall is co-author of two books Change the Way You Change! 5 Roles of Leaders Who Accelerate Business Performance and The Employee Engagement Mindset. He is also co-author of the management series The Business Strategy Audit and the white paper series A Case for Change Management.
J. Trent Cragun
Trent's practical experience as an entrepreneur and business owner makes him relatable to leaders at all levels. After receiving an accounting degree, he soon formed a home framing construction business and grew it to one of the largest enterprises in the region. At the least likely time to start a new homebuilding company, Trent started Lifestyle Homes during the Great Recession, and it also became the largest in the region and quickly garnered attention and awards such as Family Magazine's Home Builder Winner, Buildertrend's Top Builder award, Downtown Alliance's Business of the Year, and CVHBA's Builder of the Year.
Trent also has extensive experience in land development, buying and selling a software company, and starting a franchising company. His diverse background and success in various industries highlight his innovative approach and commitment to excellence, making him a respected leader and visionary in business.
