The TEAMALIGN Process Details

  • Preconsult & Preparation: The leader/sponsor and Leadership Team.
  • Pre-work: Leadership Team & Organization assessments.
  • Work Session: Level set on Targeted Results for the organization. Operationalize TEAMALIGN Framework: Identify mindsets/opinions that are in the way. Skill up on three interdependent skillsets: Reset Accountability (Cultural and Operational); Invite Feedback process; and Engage Directs.
  • Execute Assignments (6-8 weeks): Leaders implement their work session assignments to align & mobilize their team members.
  • Coaching: Individual follow-up coaching, provided by TruBridge, is designed to personalize and bring accountability to all of the elements of the TEAMALIGN process.
  • Report Out: Each leader is prepared to report out in virtual small group sessions. The follow-up TEAMALIGN process is designed to solidify mindsets and behaviors, enabling leaders to give their team members a leader they are willing to follow to achieve Targeted Results.

The TEAMALIGN process is a highly facilitated and dynamic process that is unique to each leadership team and organization.  To create value relevant to your specific situation, this outline will flex based on the needs of each leadership team.  The investment of time and effort that our clients make into this organizational/team development process is commensurate with the value we provide.  We will be very clear about what will be different by the end of an engagement if the leaders do the work.  We can’t be more committed to this organizational development process than you, the client. If the commitment is not there for building high performing leaders and teams – a training option could be an option.
